Helen Penny has worked in Legal Practice Management with medium sized law firms for over 20 years. With a degree in Management Sciences and a background in solicitors accounts she is particularily interested in promoting best practice and helped her previous firm achieve the lexcel standard and coveted IIP award at the first attempt and with flying colours. She is a member of the Law Society's Law Management Section and is particularily interested in marketing of the firm and quality issues. With 3 sons and a husband to "manage" she has little time for hobbies but does enjoy live concerts, good food and holidays abroad. She is a very small time breeder of bengal cats, and has an ambition to win "Best in Show" at the Supreme Cat Show (Crufts for Cats).
